The other two knobs that affect volume are master level (upper left) and program gain (upper right).

Thanks, but can you adjust 2 separate volumes to upper and lower? I mean there has to be a way

Yes, you can adjust the balance between the two with the mix knob, or control the volume of one or both parts with a control pedal.

Not sure what you're after.
