using the sample exchange in sound manager
I recently deleted several piano samples on the Stage 2 to make room to download the XL files one at a time to see how I liked them. Now that I've determined to keep one it changes of course the presets which now are missing the original samples. How can I best accomplish a sample exchange so those 360 or so still work using this method? It appears the Grand Imperial was used on around 360 program presets so I'm thinking of reloading the factory settings then deleting the sample I don't want/need but exchanging the Grand Imperial for the new XL file after I've made enough space for it to reside in memory. Will this work?

You need to use the "Relink" or "Substitute" function of Nord Sound Manager. Just right-click the piano sample you want to get rid of.
