Hello!
Firstly I would like to say hello! as I've just registered on the forum. It's quite good to see so much people sharing ideas about Nord products.
I've recently purchased a Nord Modular G1 and the 8th white-key (the second C key) is not responding. The rest is perfectly working, is just this key that does not work.
I will really appreciate any ideas on how to try to fix it, as I do not have any ideas or even know where to get assistance for this
Thanks again to everybody, and keep up the good music !
Greetings from Spain

Re: Unresponsive key on Nord Modular G1
Hi Jdrjdr,
And Welcome!
Your key contacts need cleaning. There are many posts here about that subject which a search should reveal. Any reasonably competent keyboard tech can handle that job.
Bless,
Pablo

Re: Unresponsive key on Nord Modular G1
Hi Pablo, many thanks for your quick reply.
I've found a technical support on Spain that continues handling this kind of works, I am going to physically carry my device in order to avoid any damages in the shipping process (I am scared because in theory it was damaged in the shipping process after buying it)
At least, if it's about cleaning, it should be perfect I was really scared... I was thinking about internal components being damaged or something, as I was reading other posts on forums and it was possible. but everything looks to be really perfectly working apart from this key. Let's see what the technician says
I will let you know what is the output from the technician as soon as I know more from him.
Thanks for your quick reply again, and greetings from Spain !!
