Two Notes are Too Loud!

Here's my problem: There are two notes that stick out when I am simply playing a scale, or a chord, or anything. On those two notes, it sounds like I am POUNDING them out. This kind of makes the keyboard useless. I updated my software to the latest version, and still no help. Anybody have this problem and found a fix?

There are two contacts per key that close at slightly different times when you depress the key, and the microprocessor inside the keyboard measures the time difference to get velocity. The blasting notes problem is caused by dirty contacts under the affected key(s).

And Dave is 100% right -- it's dirt in contacts. No amount of OS reloading or restoring factory backup is going to cure that problem.

Thanks for the reply. I'll get my screwdriver out and compressed air can and try to blow the contacts out.
