Stage 2 won't notate on Sibleius

Hi all, I have recently had Sibeius, and am a complete novice with this software. I have connected my Stage 2 to my MacBook and the software has recognised and picked up my Stage 2, but when I play, Sibelius is not notating what I play. Any suggestion?

Checked the midi channel settings? There are 2 types of MIDI out, the MIDI connector and the USB connector.
Try them all.
