Hi guys,
How should i make settings for my Nord when my output is mixer ( high,medium and low points, some effects? )
If someone can explain me in few sentences i would really appreciate it,

Typically you want to ensure you don't overdrive the mixer (which will cause distortion). Set your keyboard with the loudest you will be playing and then ensure your mixer does not get over-driven at that setting. If you get distortion the drop the master volume of your keyboard until the distortion is no longer there.
Then drop the keyboard to typical playing volume and adjust the output (FOH) and monitor (if used) output volumes of your mixer accordingly to the desired level.
