Previous ordering/e-mail "issue" I was having with SC Sounds has now been resolved. And it turns out to be more a case of total incompetence on behalf of our beloved British Telecom here in the UK.
So this is a heads up for any UK based Nordian folk who are unfortunate enough to have BT as their service provider (I have no choice due to where I live) and wish to place an order with SC Sounds.
In short: BT seem to have been updating their e-mail spam security late 2016/early 2017, and have basically made a right cock up somewhere along the way.
Issue being reported by many users (including some small businesses) on the BT forums, is that sending an e-mail to a BT address results in the e-mail being automatically rejected--for the most part. I say "most part" as there's reports of the odd occasion where an e-mail will actually get through (which is what happened today); otherwise it seems like a totally random issue, which really should not be there.
So there you go BT users: if no links/reply from SC Sounds within a few days/weeks, then best send them an alternate e-mail to respond to.
Sigh, damn you BT... damn you...
