Nord Song Bundle file not compatible

Hey there,
I have a Nord Electro 5D and I am having trouble bundling down some songs that I created. When I try to add my song bundle back to to the Nord through the sound manager, I get an error message saying " Song Bundle Selection.ne5tbundle is not supported by this instrument". Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Have you installed the latest firmware and Nord Sound Manager?

I'm not sure if this will fix it, but it's better to use the latest software.

Hey,
thanks for your response. Is the firmware a different download than the Sound Manager download?
I downloaded the latest version of the sound manager but I did not download the latest firmware. Ill try that and see if it helps.

"Firmware" is the operating system of the keyboard. You need to download and install it onto the keyboard via USB.

It is a completely different thing from the computer software used to manage sounds.
