Hello guys!I have a Nord Electro 4 sw73 and i want to buy a Nord Lead A1 (or Nord lead 4..i haven't decided yet). Do you think it is better to have Nord Electro 4+Nord Lead A1 or buy a Nord Stage 3 nowadays (which has Nord lead A1 engine)?

I'd lean toward the NS3. It would give you almost all the same functions as adding an A1 to your NE4, but would also give you essentially all the benefits that the NE5 has over the NE4. Plus all the Stage-specific advantages over the NE5 (seamless sound transition, aftertouch, EXT, more effects controls, more piano memory, etc.).

You may also want to check out the thread at nord-stage-forum-f3/stage-3-excitement-waning-is-it-disappointment-t13744.html where there was a lot of discussion of the differences between the A1 and the A1-derived synth section of the NS3.

If you like the idea of having two different boards (which has numerous advantages), I think adding some other board to complement the NS3 would give you more total functionality than if your two boards were the Electro and A1 as well.
