Hi guys,
I am a semi-professional guitarist and I am building a small home studio as I have saved up a bit now. I want to buy a good synthesizer to play around with. I know how to play a bit of keyboards, my overall music theory is good and I'm looking to diversify my sound. I've looked around online and I'm really impressed by Nord products.
So, (and apologies if I am asking a question that's asked often), but what exactly is the difference between the A1 and the L4. I've had a brief look online but couldn't find anything conclusive. Also, is the Nord Wave that much better than both? Is it worth waiting for and saving up for?
Any help would really be appreciated,
Thanks very much,
Ardeshir

Re: Nord A1 or Nord L4
Hi!
Looking for ease of use, more classic synth sounds (& nicer price); A1.
(I'm an occasional amateur guitarist.)

NE3HP, NP88, NS2, DPP1, NL2X, NL2X, NLA1, NL4, NE5D, NW2 (Collect Them All?), some classic Rolands, Arturias, a Waldorf, a Kurz, a WONOK3, a pile of guitars, a P-bass, loopers, amps and computers ...

Re: Nord A1 or Nord L4
NL4 has, in my humble opinion, a more flexible oscillator module, better EGs and more modulation possibilities. It has, however less interesting FX than the A1.
Try them both before deciding!
