missing program positions (slots)
i just got a Nord Piano 3 and deleted program positions (slots) 6 through 10 while using the Nord Sound Manager v6.86 to make room for my own programs. Now when I go to save my new program - say to slots 6 it doesn't show up in the Sound Manger or the Nord Piano. All i see is slots 1,2,3,4,5 then it skips down to 11.. I can't seem to get back slots 6,7,8,9,1o to save my new programs to. Any suggestion would help a lot. thanks Andy

In the program section when you are in NORD Sound Manager click on 'organize'

I can't even get the NP3 to display "Empty Program" on slots 6,7,8,9.10 .. it like they don't exist anymore

Re: missing program positions (slots)
that's a mystery...
which OS are you currently running? I don't guess that reloading OS will help if you're already current, but good idea to update to latest if you are not current
I would reload factory backup and then delete all programs from desired banks EXCEPT ONE, leave a single program in each bank. Then see how it behaves...
when I get a chance, I'll check it out, but pretty tied up this week
bless, pablo

Re: missing program positions (slots)
They are not "gone", if you delete them they don't show in the Nord Sound Manager but they are still available for you to Store programs from the instrument panel and/or to Upload programs in the NSM...
