Looking for a REAL USER NOTICE

Postby Paminette » 14 Mar 2018, 16:55

Hi !
I'm just had my Nord Piano 3 and can't understand how Nord can sell such expensive pianos without a real User Guide !    Indeed, main settings are just indicated : "you can do...." but no clue to know how you do it...no indication "shift + ...."...
I'm looking for a REAL USER GUIDE saying how to do with my piano.

I just want to store settings for my concerts, rename them and find them with 1 button

Please help me...it's a nightmare
Thanks by advance

A frenchy piano player !!! :keyboard:

Nord usually ships a hard copy User Guide with all of their instruments, did you not receive it?

The Nord user guides are actually quite good, but they're different from other brands in that You actually need to read it A-Z to be able to do pretty basic stuff.
Others' manuals are usually ok to chuck into a drawer until You get stuck on something, but as Nord is mostly WYSIWYG on the front panel You actually need to know some things that You can only learn from the manual.
It's annoying to fall into the RTFM! bracket, but 99% of the problems have their answer there.

Thank you all...very nice of you :)

I guess the French translation is not as good as English version, I'll then get the English one as well.
