Hey guys/girls! This is my first post here, I'm glad to join you

I ordered my Electro 5HP, waited for it for about 3(!) months (I had already paid the amount) till it was finally delivered to me.
The shop owner told me that nord factory had delayed the production...
However, I noticed that the firmware is 2 years old, which (in my opinion) shows that it was not a "just made" instrument.. Instead, I suspect that it was stored in a shop for some time..

- Is there any way to contact Nord and ask my question? (e.g. phone number?)
- Has anyone experienced a situation like this?

Yes, the shop probably made up some story about "delayed production," and paying three months in advance is more than a little ridiculous, but in the end what's the difference? It's still an NE5. Update the OS to current level and you will have the same NE5 as the one which is "still warm and fresh from the oven" in Stockholm. You may wish to complain to the dealer about their bad behavior... Was the carton factory sealed? They staple those boxes at the factory and you can tell whether they've been opened before. If your instrument was brand new then you're good now. If it is not, then perhaps you were sold something which was used as demo or similar...
