Hello Everyone?
I have a simple question…..
If you walked into a high end Music store, Which two Nord Piano's would you want to see/own?…... Why?

If I only could have two Nords?
Hej Windy!
Today ... I would chose the NP3, for excellent piano & epiano
(I don't use samples or organ any more, which I thought I would like when I bought the NS2)
... and the NLA1 for simple but vintage synth possibilities.
My 2 cents.

NE3HP, NP88, NS2, DPP1, NL2X, NL2X, NLA1, NL4, NE5D, NW2 (Collect Them All?), some classic Rolands, Arturias, a Waldorf, a Kurz, a WONOK3, a pile of guitars, a P-bass, loopers, amps and computers ...

Interesting…..
I have no dealers anywhere close to me so this is very helpful.

Re: If you could have two Nords?
Stage 2 EX 88 and Electro 5D
OR
Piano 3 and Stage 2 EX compact
At least HA (piano) keybed bottom and SW (waterfall) keybed top. Love the piano's and E piano's, love the organs. The Stage 2 synth engine and sample synth is powerful enough for me, so that's why I would not buy a Lead.

Re: If you could have two Nords?
If you will be doing Gigs, Stage 2 is awesome, with both slots....
And any of the NL2/3/4/A1....whatever the sounds or your budget will allow
As Marlowes said, if you don't use Organ, Piano 3 and same for Synths

Re: If you could have two Nords?
My old rig was
Nord Wave
Electro 4d
Electro 5HP
I enjoyed this rig but grew pretty tired of the three board set up... SO I sold em all for my current rig.
Electro 5D61
Stage 2 ex compact
As I'm a pretty regular gigging club musician I don't find i miss my weighted action for live use at all, but for home Piano practice I have a roland FP20 which i rig up to pianoteq 5... it was the cheapest 88 Keyboard with a decent action i could find (MUCH MUCH better than the clunky electro 5HP) & for bigger gigs I sometimes add that to the set up.
Sometimes miss the Wave tho - I just wasn't making the most of it so it had to be sold.
