Help Choosing Patches for Songs

Hi! I'm a Nord Piano 2 owner and I mostly use my Nord for Piano stuff but I also do some work on a major high school choir concert (see this video) in our area each spring and thought I'd be helpful and loan them my Nord for the concert this year as the only keyboards they own are some Clavinovas. I could use some assistance selecting keyboard patches for some of the mass choir songs and thought the group here might be able to help. Obviously I can load any of the Nord samples into the Piano 2 or if there is a WAV sample library of something that isn't available I can create a file in the sample editor. If the song really calls for a second keyboard I can use one of the school's Clavinovas as a MIDI controller and use a soundfont in a PC (or build one from samples if needed and the samples are available). Anyway here is the list of songs:
