Now please give us new Rhodes and Wurly samples, Clavia, and i will think over my decision to buy a Yamaha CP4 as a perfect complement to my NE3 instead of a Nord Piano 2, because i need a very good Rhodes and a very good Wurly. The CP4 / CP5 has got way better Rhodes than the outdated Nord stuff... at the moment... let us hope... ;-) Otherwise the new CP will be mine in november!

By the way, the new Grand Upright sounds great to my ears!!! With a little bit EQ highs even in mono!

Yes, the Rhodes and Wurly in the new Yamaha CP4 will be the same as in the older CP5, which where great, in my opinion. I didn't buy the CP5 only because i found it to heavy and to expensive.

Have you seen this topic : here ?
I'm kidding
It's not serious to blame Nord for their release plan every time they release something else.
All : Ac Piano, Organ, Synth and Drums products have been addressed, and EP is missing, so the probability is higher that it's next
Nord Electro has been updated, I doubt that this hardware upgrade was made for not putting new sounds in it (especially the piano memory).
But a new Nord Wave could be released before
Who knows ;)
And otherwise, what do you think about the sound of that new Upright ? (kidding again).

Cheers,
Frantz.

This new sample is delicious. Now I have to decide which pianos to get rid of in order to actually use the XL Grand Upright.... So harddddddd!

The piano sample has emphasized the hammers and natural resonance which give the piano a much more balanced stereo image. when used in mono it has far less apparent phase cancelation.
Please check out my electronic track idea in the music and keyboard rig forum. :)
