So, I'm on the fence.... should I hang onto my Electro 5 or part with it/trade for a Stage 76?

Stage 76 - 128MB for pianos (not a lot), no sample library at all, heavier

Electro 5 - no mod wheel, no pitch bend, 1GB piano library (I like that a lot), sample library (Mellotron!)

How good/bad is the Stage 76's synth section? Can it do decent virtual analogue? Would it be worth it to swap my Electro 5 for this older model? I don't know.

Ideally, I'd love to get a Stage 2 EX 76.... that seems like the best of all worlds (6-part multitimbral, too)....

I often use just one or two of the pianos, and one or two of the Rhodes, plus the Wurly... hardly ever use the organ section as I'm not a very good keyboardist... haha.

Really confused about this... I'm thinking it would be best to hang onto my 5HP and pass on the Stage 76.... but I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I also should mention that I'm thinking of picking up an Electro 5D61 because I just sold my 5HP (and greatly miss it already, even though I didn't even PACK IT YET).... should I do that, or go for the Stage 76 (not EX, the original model with only 128MB of storage for Piano Library, and no Sample Section).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Wound up selling my 5HP, and picking up a Nord Stage Classic 88. Sure, the memory is 1/10th the size that was in my 5HP.... but..

People still love the Stage Classic 88... who's got one? Which pianos and Rhodes do you put in?
