My son is a music student, with piano being his main study. He has a Nord Piano 3 in his flat for practicing outwith the Conservatoire. The action is superb for an electronic instrument, is ideal for rehearsing high end piano pieces and while it still can't match the real thing, I think it's as as close as it gets in a portable instrument. The sounds of course are what we all know as superb and it comes with there triple pedal which gives you that realistic pedal noise from a real piano. If you are a pianist first and foremost, this should grab your attention.
However as had been mentioned above, it's really a 'one trick pony', with only sample playback as an extra. No organ or synth. You pays your money............
