Re: Electro 4D
On all Nord instruments, functions which are printed beneath a button are accessed by first pressing and holding the SHIFT button. This is a good example of one of those things which is clearly stated in the manual, but because it only occupies a teeny tiny amount of space on the manual page it is easily overlooked when reading the manual. This is not a criticism of you Peter, but a generic observation about how people (myself included) commonly read manuals. To combat this, I have taken to using a highlight marker and -- reading -- the -- manual -- very -- slowly -- and -- carefully, highlighting crucial passages as I go.
Once you get into the Midi Menu, you should have no problems finding the settings you need to make. Note also that you must 1) enable SPLIT on the front panel, and 2) set the Split Point to MIDI Upper Rcv. This is presented in great detail in Scenario 3 example as shown on page 15 of the manual, with ALL of the needed menu settings as well.
Bless,
Pablo

Re: Electro 4D
Hi guys - once you have the organ split across two keyboards, is there a way you can use faders on a midi keyboard to change the drawbar settings for that manual?
or do you have to flick between preset one & two?
