Hi all.

I've recently bought a second hand Ultimate Support AX48 stand (triple tiered), however the larger arms are only fitting onto the top tier bracket. I've tried removing the top bracket to put it below other two, as I would like to have the larger arms on the bottom to support my NS2, but I'm struggling to get the thing off!

I am able to remove the other two by loosening the turn knob and using an allen key, however the top one is just not budging at all. Is this normal? As the larger arms have a little raised line of plastic which fits into the groove on the top bracket, which won't fit in the other two (if that makes sense at all).

Is this normal, or should I be going back to the person I bought it from??

You should be able to remove and replace the brackets in any order. Take it slow. Good luck.
