Re: NS2 SW73 Gig Bag?
I bought the NE3 gig bag. It fits very, very tightly. Maybe it will stretch a little with time?

it should be called such because the original gig bag for the electro and electro2 73's is actually smaller*, and will not fit the electro3 73 or NS2 73 without having to force it in, potentially marring the wooden ends on the zipper (i know, i've done this)..
*edit: they're smaller because the electro/electro2 73 were slightly smaller due to the curved endblocks. Doesn't seem like much, but it is! So yes, the new gig backs are backwards compatible, but the old gig bags aren't forwards compatible.

Re: NS2 SW73 Gig Bag?
I had bought the gigbag for the electro 2 73 when I bought my first NS compact. It fitted perfectly. But now that I have the NS2, I have to force, and I don't like it. I'll have to buy the new one, and sell the other... what a surprising thing while the dimensions are exactly the same between the NS73 and the NS2 73 in the specification...

Hello Guliguilix,
Welcome to the forums!
An interesting dilemma indeed!
The advertised dimensions of the Nord Electro 2 73 are not the same as either the NS2 SW73 or the Nord Stage Classic Compact.
Here are the advertised dimensions:
Nord Electro 2 73 (Your bag)
1107 mm (43.6"), 96 mm (3.8"), 294 mm (11.6")
Nord Stage 2 SW73
1111 mm (44"), 102 mm (4"), 297 mm (12")
Nord Stage Compact
1111 mm (44"), 102 mm (4"), 297 mm (12")
Cheers, Hanon
Everything will be all right in the end. If it's not all right, then it's not the end.

Re: NS2 SW73 Gig Bag?
Hi,
I know this is an old thread but have been looking for gigbags for the NS2 73 and still got some confusing items in retailers online catalogs.
http://www.thomann.de/gb/clavia_nord_so ... ys_iii.htm
Is this working for the NS2 73?
Is it the same as this one: http://www.dv247.com/cases/clavia-nord- ... bag--60068 ??
But then there is also this one: http://www.dv247.com/cases/clavia-special-order--80475
The names change from shop to shop so that does not help either, or are the first and second links OK to use with the NS2 73?
Thanks!

Re: NS2 SW73 Gig Bag?

Can anyone provide a link to the official bag for nord stage 2 sw73?
It is the one Johannes linked at Thomann. The bag is packaged in a translucent plastic bag that says NE73.
I have one and the fit is fairly tight. I posted separate thread about this on this forum. I contacted Clavia and was in turn contacted by the Dutch distributor for Nord products. They sent a new bag to the shop I bought it from so I could check out if it was just my bag that was tight (it wasn't, the other one was exactly the same).
While I think the bag is fairly tight for the NS2 SW73, I certainly don't regret buying it. The Nord bags are very good quality and have multiple carrying options. From the owner of the shop I understood the gig bag for the NS2-88 is also fairly tight. I've had other bags and some were really terrible, such as the gigbag for my Moog Little Phatty on which the metal of the zippers just started to crumble into dust after a few months. It even cost more than the Nord one.
Anyway, if you put in the front of the keyboard in first (as suggested by someone in the thread I posted a while ago, I think) it is not too bad.
