Hey, I'll need a well fitting hard case for my new NS2-88, but most cases I come across are slightly too small or way too big. Has anyone found a case that fits well? I won't be needing to put extra stuff in it, just the keyboard. It should preferably be light too, but that's not a hard requirement.
P.S. I don't want an SKB low-profile ATA, because the wheels suck on those.

I ordere that one. The price is not cheap but i think an expensive good keyboard
needs a good protecting case

Re: NS2-88 - Best fitting hard case?
Thanks for the recommendation. However, it appeared that the NS2 fit into the SKB ATA 5014w-case I already had, which is officially a 76-note case. So I'm sticking with this one for now, but I'll think of your suggestion once it needs replacement.

Re: NS2-88 - Best fitting hard case?
Hi there,
I bought an SKB case 5014W for my Stage 2 HA88.
The keyboard fits lengthwise but there is just a bit of space at the end and I can't use the velcro corner pieces to hold it in place cos there is not enough room at the ends to fit them in. Without them, the keyboard will move around cos there is quite a lot of space across the width.
How did you make yours work? Did you just put your own foam in it all around?
Any help would be great,
Thanks, Paul

I have a Pelican 1770 for my NS2. It fits perfectly.

Update: Gator GKPE TSA (great fit for 76 key)
I have the NS2 76 key weighted. After perusing the discussions here and looking at lots of things, I ultimate chose the Gator GKPE 76 TSA (76 regular, not the deep version). Fit is great, with adjustable pieces that are well designed to be strong. Above the top of the board (but outside the snug adjustable divider) is space for all three of my pedals (expression/swell, and two piano-style pedals for rotor speed and sustain; and if I needed a 4th pedal, there's room for that, too). To the left is room for cables, and other stuff. I'm very happy with it. Good handles. Wheels won't last a marathon of rolling, but I'm not on tour or anything.
Empty weight about 20 lbs. Weight with keyboard and pedals: 72 pounds. Yep. Heavy, but 40 of that is the keyboard.
The case came with adjustable velcro padding to find just the right height of padding. And I found one for 100 US$ off by being manufacturer refurb on ebay (but sold from an authorised dealer store).
Just thought I'd share this, in case anyone else is evaluating the relative fits of cases for your board. I couldn't be happier, unless the case was padded with pockets of helium that lightened the weight of the case. And didn't cost any more. Just a note, the pics don't show the handle on the end of the case (the one that you hold when rolling it), and it's not the red/black superawesome handle on the middle of the case (unless you have the 88key size case), but it's still plenty strong and spring-loaded so it stays closed when you're not using it.
