Hi !
Everytime I connect the NW to an usb connection from my pc and open the "Nord Sampler Editor" , I get a bug.... a message of error !
It does not appear with the "Nord Sound manager" .... strange isn'it ?
I can succeed only after trying to to put the usb cable just after lauching the "Sample Editor"... and after many, many tries.
Can you tell me where the problme is ?

One thing people should always do in these situations (I don't know if you have already), is to check if you have all thelatest software. Download the latest sample editor, install the latest OS in your keyboard and make sure you have the latest usb driver. All that stuff can be found on http://www.nordkeyboards.com .

Another problem can the usb cable. Try if you have another one. It's usually better if the cable is not too long.

If any of this does not work, I'm not sure what to do.
