Can't find a 61 key gig bag to save my life... anyone have a lead on where they might be in-stock?

The NE4D is not significantly different dimensionally from the NE3-61; Nord's GB61 will fit.

Why can't it be a generic gig bag. What is so special about the Nord gig bag, besides the color and the logo which would make it more attractive for someone to walk off with?

Contact the Brasilian distributor. They should be able to refer you to a retail dealer in Brasil who can sell it to you, or perhaps they will sell to you directly.

generally speaking Nords are much smaller from front to rear than most other brands, so most generic gig bags will be much larger than needed. There's something to be said for snug fit in the bag. Plus the backpack strap are a very useful function, and not commonly found on generics.

jfenton, exactly what pablomastodon said: Nords are smaller (I wouldn't like my nord 'sambando' in bag) and backpack is very useful to lightweight keyboards like 5d.
And another thing, nord gig bag 61 is light compared with other bags.

Yup I agree - the Gator cases are plenty adaptable to whatever you put in them. I have the 88 slim for my NP2, it has straps and I added a few pieces of foam - less than 1/2 the cost of the Nord case and works fine.

But I don't know if nord 5d fits in it.
