Headphones volume

Is there a way to control my headphone volume that is separate from my master output volume? Thanks for any help.

On NS2 there is no way to have separate volume for headphone and Line out. I do it via a Mixer.

I also use a mixer with alternate output to a headphone distribution amplifier. I have all my keyboards routed through the mixer so use all same speakers and headphones for everything. I hate moving cables around.
